Who
Stella Iberica, a music project. For anything concerning this data, write to hola@stellaiberica.com.
This site
Google Analytics 4 counts visits: pages viewed, approximate country, device type. There are no accounts, no forms, and nothing collected that identifies you. Ad personalisation and Google Signals are both turned off. Separately, tapping a platform's logo on the listen page adds one to a count for that platform on that day, so it is possible to see where people go next. It is only a number, with nothing attached that identifies anyone.
If you comment a keyword on an Instagram post, an automated programme replies with a private message containing the link to the record. To do that it receives your username, the text of your comment and the post's identifier from Instagram. You are not written to for any other reason.
What is kept
Neither your username nor the text of your comment is stored. The message is sent at that moment and the data is discarded. All that remains is a count: how many comments there were that day on that post and how many messages went out, with nothing identifying anyone. Your username and comment do also appear in an internal notification and in Cloudflare's technical logs, which expire by themselves within days.
Who else sees it
Meta (Instagram), which already holds it since the platform is theirs; Cloudflare, which hosts the programme; and Google Analytics, on this site. Nothing is sold or passed to anyone else.
Data deletion
Since nothing is stored, there is no record to delete. To confirm that, or to ask for any trace to be removed, write to hola@stellaiberica.com and it will be done within 30 days. You can also delete your comment on Instagram and revoke the app's access from your account settings.
